By accessing or using ThermoLogic (the "Service"), provided by Refrigeration AI Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ThermoLogic is an AI-powered platform for industrial ammonia refrigeration professionals. The Service includes a mobile application, web dashboard, and enterprise integrations that provide refrigeration calculators, AI-assisted troubleshooting, compliance tracking, equipment management, and energy insights.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to ThermoLogic, including facility information, equipment data, photos, readings, and operational records. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, you may request a full data export before deletion. Data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
ThermoLogic uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, calculations, compliance guidance, and operational insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as decision-support and does not constitute professional engineering advice. You remain responsible for all operational decisions at your facility. Critical safety decisions should always involve qualified refrigeration engineers.
Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Prices are listed on our website and within the application. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Design partners participating in the Enterprise Pilot Program are subject to additional terms outlined in their individual pilot agreements. These may include edge device installation, data ingestion terms, revenue share arrangements, and service-level commitments. Pilot agreements supersede these general Terms where they conflict.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refrigeration AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate in all circumstances. ThermoLogic is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for qualified engineering judgment.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
